The app is not working properly. I’ve deleted the app and added it back. It’s giving the same error saying that system is currently down. The app needs to be fixed.
The chat bot is unhelpful and payments don’t get taken out fr days after you make payment and then if the allocated funds aren’t in the account you paid with when they decide to take it anymore because it’s a low balance account meant for payments like this they take away mobile payments altogether....

The app continues to crash and glitch. Using the app has been horrible every step of the way from creating an account to making a payment. It shouldn’t be this difficult to make a payment and no other app gives me issues as much as this one when it comes to simply trying to make a payment!
The app in their systems do not communicate whatsoever. App says that I’m set up for auto payments never takes my payment. I get so many late fees.
