Doesn’t let me transfer to loan account.
I do not like how you can’t see the payees the way they used to show all together and how the amount was totaled for you you have to click on each individual payee I do not like this new app set up
New update horrible to navigate and see everything you want
I do not like the new update at all and I also do not like that. It shows you two balances. I’m always getting confused.
It is not possible to give a principal pay with this app
Please go back to the older version of the app! This new version sucks balls!
This update made things much more complicated, especially for the elderly who wee used to the older version. My parents had to come to my house so I could help them submit all of their Bill Pay payments
