I wish I could give EVgo -10 starts, it’s the worst thing that ever happened to me. I used to be able to charge my electric car at my apartment complex, but when I moved out I had to start using public chargers. EVgo is supposed to be the most accessible brand to use, since they have the most charge...

Turning off marketing notifications in settings does nothing. Enjoy the continuous marketing spam.

Your chargers are broken most of the time and fluctuate pricing

I charged with the when I had a rental call for about 1 week a couple of months ago. This week I had about 50 charges from them the past 3 days with charges totaling over 1500$. Contacted them and was told I would recieve a call in a few days regarding my this.

The app is fine but the pointless notifications advertising their service are useless noise. Don’t notify users unless you have something consequential to notify them of.

Chargers half the time don’t work… and take forever to get fix… call support is a waste of time…. The perks that might have made em worth are gone…. and the apps will tell u a charger is working then u show up and it’s down… Company seems to be getting worser and worser instead of better

There’s so many electric cars now. We need more charge stations. It can be so hard to find one. More electric cars being made but so little charge stations.
