I set up go to the app. They made me download the damn app when I could just press my card on the damn machine and it’s not working. It wants to download an app. Imagine if people don’t have service but they have money on their card. why can’t you just tap your card at the machine and all of a sudde...
The system is inefficient and charges you extra every time you use it. For example, $20 for charging and an extra $50 for HOLL for 3-5 days. There's no customer service in other languages, since the person answering might be from India and their English is terrible! This app is not reliable.
I can't charge due to account issue. The representative submitted a case for me but no body works on that. I called 3 times during two weeks and there is no progress at all.
The app does not like to keep Apple Pay info updated which forces you to constantly have to “update your payment method.” Very inconvenient. Especially when in an area without great service.
Oh should I add my card? Again? And next time. Product management lacking
I’ve tried countless times to add a different payment method to my app as the first card I added is not active anymore. I’ve called the customer service line countless times and I can never charge.
What works: ability to see the status of vehicle when charging, notification that charging is complete, transactions. What doesn’t work: everything else.
