Just reset the password. The only way to get passed the dumb validation was to reduce the length of password down to 8. The text says "at least 8 letters” but no. It has to be exactly 8 letters. Idk if this is a result of lowest rent dev or AI slop, but I don’t trust this level of sloppiness to save...
This app is useless. You try inputting the QR code and it spirals and does nothing, and doesn't allow you to input the code manually despite a big button suggesting you can. Then when you try and create a rdf card for it, it won't let you enter a payment option. It's a terribly designed app.
I’d give the app a half star or zero if I could. I’ve had to delete and re-download the app the last few times I’ve tried using it. If it wasn’t tied to the building where I live, I wouldn’t use it.
Tried to charge my car three times, each time station dispensed no power (also shown on app) but session continued anyway and charged my card for all three sessions.
It’s crazy how a Silicon Valley company cannot make a functional app. The chargers work poorly in a condo garage, and if you try to log into the app with no internet, you are permanently logged out. It’s not even funny.
Charging a idle fee 7x the charging fee is too much
