The app constantly is buffering and jumping around. Even when watching dvr is buffers and when you try and fast forward it takes 30 seconds before it jumps. Usually works well, but has its days where it buffers constantly and skips in then programming. It needs to be better.
It’s great when satellite goes out on Sunday and you have to wait for a technician to come out on Wednesday to fix it. Freezes and skips. Dish won’t fix.
Dish refuses to use any other platform other than the fire stick. It’s horrible to use, slow, and needs a complete overhaul of how the app is set up. They won’t even offer it for Roku. So ready to cancel my account.
It’s tough to watch someone horizontally because the slightest tilt will make it change rotation. The app is great in general please fix the rotation issue .
