Please give us back the old UI, the newest version has a lot of features to improve, before it fully implemented pls give us back the old UI

As the app is updated, devs are not aware or thorough enough and functionality is broken through updates. Their devs have undergrad experience as they are not even troubleshooting new versions before release to market. Sad

Since the latest update the app has been nothing but issue after issue. Constantly having to delete and redownload in order for it to function for about 10 or so minutes then the same issues return. The last month with this app has been impossible. Their customer support is nonexistent. We deal with crashes during our busiest times. The waitlist won’t let us add guest, and table maps don’t sync up. There’s not much concern for customer experience.

Latest update is terrible. Very confusing to look at. Accidentally notifying the wrong person and can’t tell if they are a yelp guest or a walk in. Please change back!

After every update there’s always a bug and it’s always the same bug. The cover count on the mobile app includes cancelled reservations, this confuses us of the actual count. Every time this happens.
