I just updated the app yesterday and when I went to pay a restaurant check today there is no longer an option in the app to use the camera to scan the barcode on the receipt. I had to open my camera app, scan from there, then tap to open the Toast app. Why was the camera functionality removed?
We’re on at least the third or fourth wholly different app within a few years now. They’ve dropped and readded support for an important restaurant-finding tool (the *map*) at least once, and it constantly shows stores that are closed when I don’t have the “show closed” option ticked. Their customer service is call the restaurant. Why am I involving you then. Another wasteful service that makes you think you are supporting local and they suck
Order direct. App costs more. If there is any issue with your delivery order the app does not help. Just order directly with the place you like, you will have to talk to the restaurant for any type of refund.
