I am extremely frustrated after all three of my reservations were canceled due to a technical issue. Despite reaching out to customer service, I received no explanation or help with resolving the issue. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable.

The app is a European cross between Yelp and TripAdvisor. It uses even TripAdvisor reviews. But beware – there are some restaurants where it appears that you can book a reservation through the Fork, but you really can’t. Doublecheck with the restaurant first.
