Poor onboarding experience and aggressive upselling.

"Awful app, and I’m assuming awful company. The onboarding is atrocious."

Guess you win some and lose some

Every time I try to use the app it does not work all it tells me is that the search times out.

As soon as the app took my money it seems I can only get a blank page - a white screen.

This app is extremely bad at the basics. My plans and itinerary are clunky and hidden. It is NOT intuitive at all. And I’m constantly being bombarded with what’s clearly paid content and subscription offers.

My spreadsheet doesn’t overstimulate me. Geez there was too much going on

Don’t bother with this or any other trip app; Eurail has a perfectly simple online trip planner. The app is clumsy and nosy. Really wonder where the data it collects is going.

Requires a subscription to do anything.

Every time I try to sign on, it tells me that I must have the pro account to do whatever I want to do. However, I do have the pro account.
