really wanted to like the app, great features- too hard to use. Much easier to use on a tablet than a phone.

This app is horrible to use for navigation. Standard functions require conformation while functions that erase all your progress are a single misclick away The creators of this app seem to hate their customers it’s troubling to require an app with no real support

I have issues with the software routing crazy U turns and doubling back if I put a pin just a hair off. Perhaps a feature to add would be to magnetically attract the pins to the side of the road you already have pins on. Who plans a trip with 8 stops? There should NOT be a pay wall to plan an actual trip. All the apps are like this and it’s absurd and ridiculous.
