From losing all my routes to not being able to add new locations the last few months have been hell for trying to run my business. Customer service isn’t very helpful and sometimes takes a few days to respond. I used this app for years but because of recent developments I won’t be returning.

This app started off good. I rely on this app for my work. But yesterday a big disappointment. I needed it to work for my job and it wouldn’t optimize the route. Nothing was in order. It really made a mess of my day. Huge failure.
