Where’s the 0 star option? My son’s summer camp pushed this but it never identified pictures of him. It doesn’t work, didn’t delete when I selected “delete” and I’m waiting for my $70 back. Please reimburse now so the camp doesn’t have to cut their contract with you.

We received images of another child along with ours yesterday and today they took away pictures of our child. Now we are just left with pictures of another child unfortunately. Really disappointed.
My "Waldo" $15 waste of money account is on the wrong week / event and no way to switch. Don't know these kids, what a scam.
Created account, it sent me in absurd loops despite me having all credentials & being advanced app user. Gave up & deleted.
I want to find pictures of my kids at camp. They are not home and the app insists on taking a selfie. It is very difficult to figure out how to use an existing photo from my phone instead. Also it labeled some other child as my child and I can’t remove that picture from my album.
Waldo doesn’t find my camper I have to go through all of them to find her.
