I am NOT paying you to access my personal photos. I can’t even stop all the emails reminding me since I can’t access my account “for free”. Greed has ruined this app and I’m sure there’s something illegal about this.

there’s a PAY WALLL now that stops you from looking at your photos. I get you guys need to get paid somehow but this is insane how long have you been a company and didn’t need our money and all of a sudden you do? Absolutely insane
My photos and videos are now being held for ransom. Customer support isn’t supportive. Thousands of memories just gone. Disgusting
Over 40 folders lost! I had at least 40 folders of trips that I had taken over all the years, and the only things that are in my account, aware the photos that I have downloaded from online. Where were my vacation photos? Why do I have to pay for something that isn’t there any more?
