Urban spoon used to be my go-to and was by far the best app for discovering restaurants. Zomato killed it. What a shame.

The new version of this app is hot garbage. The whole appeal of the older version of the app was the unique slot machine approach. Good review apps are a dime a dozen and yelp has the game nailed.

I used to use this all the time to get out of the “what do you want to eat”, “what do you want to eat” back and forth.
