What Users Really Think About The Scheduling App

I'm unable to use this app because it just keeps trying to scan my face over and over. Even if I turn off Face ID it still won't go past the log in screen. It has been like this for over a year even though I uninstall and reinstall all the time to get it to work.

I’ve been so frustrated with this app. Wouldn’t let me log in for a week, evens when I’ve deleted the app several times. Tried it again for the last time tonight, and it keeps bugging over and over again. Please fix this.
