The app doesn't allow you to add a driver the only way is that someone calls you after you put in the request and that takes a lot of time. This feature is already available in the competitors apps. I believe State Farm is lagging behind the competition.
Great service. Didn’t communicate to the tow company I wasn’t able to be there until 10:30 which I setup in the app. Had to redo the process.
Like all things State Farm this app turns out to be as broken as their website.
