Nonstop creepy robot phone calls from AAA with no purpose. Poor UX loses your information. App insists that all permissions are turned on. “You have changed the icon for Guardian” Can’t update billing info because app wants excessive permissions

There’s no reason a car safety app needs my fitness tracker or microphone. This is a huge data breach waiting to happen and it seems like more than a few customers already complained about that. Maybe if it only needed location and I could set it to ask I’d be interested, but it’s current iteration ...

This is a really good app for the most part but as far as using it to track family how we do we find that the gps is wrong 50% of the time like rn it’s 4:22am and it had my moms location at work but she’s been home since yesterday without moving and the last time she was at work was 3 days ago …..

Guardian was great the first year. When we renewed it just stopped keeping up with my family. We won’t be renewing a third year. I called to report the problem. They didn’t seem to care.

I truly love this app it provides accurate and protection to my love ones!

I already have an active paid OnStar account. But the app still asked me to subscribe again. There was no way to use the app without resubscribimg. Confusing and useless. Uninstalled.
