Want to change program. It put me under one for insomnia…not my problem! Can’t change it. Sometimes sleep hours are off….no way to correct. How can I have some control here?

I have written to this company about 10x about the same thing. Please help ! I am getting 4 notifications during the day to go to sleep. Obviously bothersome. They have done nothing nor communicated if they are trying.
