Inaccurate sleep tracking and poor data sync

I have a paid subscription, used to automatically connect to watch to phone to show, but now after many attempts all day for the past 6 months it’s useless and waste of money. I go to help - update 7 days and still nothing. Restarted phone, and still missing data. My watch also no longer shows data....

No help or support option. I have rested question disabled but I still get asked then screen dims to lowest setting. I don’t like this.

Been using SleepWatch for years. Suddenly it does not show sleep score. And it is showing big ads right in the middle of the iPhone screen.

I wasted my time downloading this app. I had it going ALL NIGHT and it did not track anything. Overall I wasted my time, where I could have had another sleep app that is even better than this.

You have to pay to get anything other than the current day’s info. This was fine until recently when it started counting time I was sitting as “sleep.”

I have used this app for several years. Recently I have had so many ads pop up on the screen that it’s hard to see my data. Yesterday, the last straw was porn that popped up as the app opened. I know you didn’t intentionally put it there, but that was the last straw.

Doesn’t track sleep well at all. It’s never accurate. Definitely don’t pay for this app it will be a waste of money.

Beware, my initial trial went 1 day too long and they charged me for the entire year. I couldn’t get my $$$ back. The app provided no useful information. It was the exact same thing every day. “Breathe training” “exercise”. Totally useless info. Plus the app started telling me to go to bed later a...
