What Users Really Think About Sharecare: Health & Well-being

My company uses Sharecare app to compete in the challenges …. Currently the app doesn’t work, runs slow like a dialup connection when you can get it to actually respond.

The updating very slow and aggravating. I select and then it deselects. It is very frustrating to simply provide updates

We use this for my employer and it’s gotten sooo laggy this year it’s unusable. Even if you can get it to allow you to select your data, if you put “yes” it saves “no”

I have been using the app for years and now it doesn’t load and on the surprise chance it does it freezes and I can’t complete items or even see what it offered. The app went from from 5 stars to 1 star.

I tried to download the biometric screening form via my phone and print it, but you can’t. I went to the website and tried to download it, but it gives you an error message. Would be nice if the system actually worked where I could print out the documents that I need to receive the credits I’m owed....
