Love Sephora, absolutely despise the app. Especially being part of the Beauty Insider Community. It’s constantly buffering, rarely can I actually like/reply to posts, etc. The app needs some serious revamping. At this point I would rather shop using the Ulta app cause I don’t have issues over there.
My one complaint about this app is that there still isn’t an iPad app available. I would think Sephora would want more users to have the optimum shopping experience available to them. Yes I am aware. Please change the ‘my list(loves)’ back to how it was before. Whenever I delete an item from my list it goes all the way back to the beginning of my list. Then I have to scroll all the way down to where I was before. It’s incredibly annoying.
It asks for a location every single time I open it. Zooming in on a picture causes the picture to move. When I try to add a special offer, it tells me to sign in, which is impossible because I’m already signed in. Functionality fails to meet basic expectations.
Can no longer leave reviews and my review history via my community profile is gone. I don’t know how this app gets worse and worse
The app crashes a lot when you look products up, it's kinda ugly. The worst part is when you browse reviews and click "see more reviews" or "read more" on longer reviews, it forces you back to the top of the page, so I have to scroll all the way back down to where I was reading. I have a account that I made on my laptop but I got the app on my iPad but it just loads forever and says there’s an error then I tried to make a new one but it wouldn’t load either!!😡😡
