What Users Really Think About Rook Coffee App

You make it as hard as possible to use rewards so that we don’t. I have enough and went to checkout and the option was not there

Rook coffee is my favorite place but the app takes forever to load and often doubles my order. I have had a lot of glitches.

The app is too glitchy. It won’t let me reset my account and can’t order. Tells me my phone number already exists but not the email. Poor customer experience with this thing.

The newest update is slow and inefficient. There were/are too many options and many times they do not connect to the store causing chaos at your locations

Decent app but too many clicks to confirm payment. I’m buying coffee, not a new car.

Works well, but keeps losing my user ID and password. And it’s annoying to have to hit pay four times before getting your order accepted.

You have to order ahead of time on the app. Impossible to pay in the store using the app like every other coffee app. Also, when it comes to finding locations, it does not show you what’s around you you have to search for a town. Again every other app will show you what’s around you. Behind the time...

Rook is great but app not so much. Ordered at 105 pm. Said ready at 120 which seemed long. App never indicated it was ready til 140. Meanwhile went in at 115 and it had been sitting there. Password is also awkward to reset
