Keurig takes too long to recognize the pod so it delays brewing. And the wifi connection is very sporadic and offline more than it is online. Would you promise a feature there’s a reasonable expection it should be generally available.

I just bought a new machine and the app will not connect and I cannot get the app to recognize the brewer.

The schedule feature sucks. If I schedule a brew for when I get up. I shouldn’t have to approve it on the schedule time I set it for. It should brew it for me for when I scheduled it. It won’t brew it until I tell it to. To me, that’s not a schedule brew when I have to do another step in the morning...

I love ordering from Keurig but the app is terrible. I keep trying to set up a subscription and the app is just difficult to use. I finally gave up and ordered from Costco.
