I don’t see why I have to go through an app that bugs out when you try to make a three way call in a session on this app. My therapist said it happened to him twice in one day. Regular telephones have been able to make conference calls since the 80s. Get better app developers.

The counselor is very good the app is not that good. It freezes up and they charge you a fee if you miss a session due to it freezing up. I’ve emailed them and have received no compensation for the lack of time, and the technical difficulties that the app has.

Lacks basic functionality. Won’t let you pick from views, microphone, lacks text support during video sessions. Overall a 1or 2 out of 10, and I’m speaking from expertise as a software app developer.

This company will charge you when you don’t schedule any sessions and they provide no service. I don’t know how that is legal but I’d stay away from these thieves

Paid for 5 sessions but they won’t let me use the last session until I pay for another month. We have decided not to continue with therapy so I won’t be paying for another month. They will not let me use the last session until it’s paid. This is a HUGE scam they are running. Look at the BBB reviews....

There’s no way to contact customer service or to remove anyone from or make changes to the app. I have been trying several weeks now because me and my partner has decided to separate and there’s no way you can remove them. I feel like that’s a awful flaw in the system
