So today was my first VIP order. I placed the order in the app. It said it was going to use my $10 towards the order and charge me $40 for the balance. When my husband went to pick up the order, she says she doesn’t know anything about that and I should call customer service if I want my products I ...
I did a cleanse kit about a year ago and bought some other juice at that time. It was not that bad. I recently tried it again and the juice was so watered down. I tried to call the store to ask their return policy but it’s just a recording. I looked online and it says there is a 3 day return policy ...
Love the product, mediocre customer experience, and horribly clunky app. The app is so buggy, it’s hard to make changes to payments and the entire UX needs to be redesigned. I understand that the company isn’t huge but it needs to invest in an app that’s on par with other retailers the same size.

I have been to Pressed Juice and spent over $30 each time. And never received my points
Everything defaults to juice regardless of what one picks. Also bowl customization is extremely constrained.
I was a member for many years. My email remains the same. I hadn’t been to a shop for some time (your size vs price vs flavors had declined). Finally decided to try again and the app says my email is not valid or app locked up enough times that I could not use it. Frustrating!
Using points should be at checkout imo vs cart (always seems hidden), and navigation is terrible because using “back” while shopping resets your position in the shop requiring inefficient scrolling. It’s maddening!
