I have never earned any points after ordering hundreds of dollars worth of food. I contacted customer service but they offer no resolution. Not the apps fault but order is never ready and I NEVER get any of the sauce I order.

Promotion gives you a “$15 dollar family deal”. When you spend your time signing up you can’t even apply it to your order. Total scam.

Every time I place an online order and go to pickup there’s no one to give you the order. The orders are ready and getting cold because there’s no employees attending the pickup orders.
