My address filled in automatically as we were parking at our hotel. There was no way to change it. We tried everything. It says edit delivery details but address is not one you can change.

Before you walk away count cookies. Ordered a six pack and paid for 6 pack and received only 4 cookies but already on train. BEWARE

I forget to scan before j get the cookie sometimes and its atupid i cant get the rewards for the order minutes after i purchase. They should have a redeem code on the receipts like mcdonalds

I had several notifications that a bogo cookie deal would be in place for national peanut butter day. Couldn’t redeem on app whatsoever despite it being advertised as such. Wasted my time trying to figure out the order that never got placed. Why advertise something that’s not available.

The back button is covered by the clock on my iPhone 13 mini. Impossible to back out of a menu option.

I’ve tried to order cookies from my home in Arkansas to be delivered to my granddaughter at Tex a&m at college station & it’s impossible. This app definitely needs work.
