I can’t find a due date anywhere. Very unclear when the bill is due.

Your automated call service is poor

It’s very sad to be charged a fee for paying your bill on time

Not good. I don’t know why I have to pay a $10 fee to pay my bill so tire with ur service and all these fees

Lose the mandatory update, and the person responsible for adding it.

This app never works. I haven’t been able to login. Got an email that my payment method is expiring and can’t even update that. Useless

Do not agree with the “convenience fee” nor do I appreciate the constant picking at the way we fill our garbage cans. We have basically stopped using the recycle can because of all the letters and several fines we have received.

No communication I’ve reached out numerous of times since October of last year 2025 and yet two have still received my actual garbage cans was told to use a temporary the system just says they’re gonna be delivered and then never gets delivered And now had to pay to use my own can.
