This system is wonderful… when it actually works. Getting a refund on a busted machine is a CHORE! The app itself is great… the machines not so much

Sounds great on paper, but it just does not work. Scanning the QR code doesnt work, and holding it close to the tap to pay like it says just charges it with the additional fee anyway.

It already costs enough to use the machines, but since the camera option stopped working now I have to pay more to add funds to this app. Also, can’t start more than one machine at a time, have to wait 5 minutes in between or the laundry room floods.

Poor maintained washers that constantly don’t work, you add extra time to the dryer and it consumes your money without adding the appropriate time and as always expects somebody to respond in the bottom working for the company with proof. They are scamming they got a glitch in the system that make u pay twice then act u never pay them cost u to spend more money

Love having an app that is ostensibly intended to make the menial tasks of life easier, and instead it decides to work a solid 60% of the time and shoves the most obnoxious ads down your throat every time you start a load of laundry. Late stage capitalism at its finest.

I found it disappointing to find out that you’re now required to add to wallet instead of paying full amount like prior versions. For example you purchase a wash at 2.10$ but need to purchase 5$ to wallet and cscgo is left with the remaining amount. Why did they changed this?
