Frequent synchronization issues and data loss

Seriously. The app version constantly glitches. What you put in constantly disappears then pops back up randomly. It stresses me out. I can’t count on this app to work every single time.
The app is good but I have been asking about late cancellation option because it’s not the same as regular cancellation or no show. And choose to take a deposit only for a no show/late cancellation customers
The app doesn’t tell you about its mandatory 14 day holds even when a client directly pays you. Definitely don’t try this service if you want to access the funds you earn. It’s also lacking as far as helping with or facilitating a contract along with your appointment booking.
The app requires a 4 digit code sent by sms to cell number, this is initial process for creating the account. But the code never arrives and the option to receive it by phone call is not working either.

i don’t appreciate how i am receiving deposits from my clients an the account number doesnt match up with the one i put on file and the dates that its supposedly says the money was deposited into my account no money is deposited.
Their new update is the WORSTS! I’ve been using this for years since it was Appointafix and everything was flawless till this recent update. I can’t get my calendar to load like before nor can I see months out! Absolutely horrible!!
