Lack of transparency in pricing and services offered.

Bought the pass for my Dublin trip, most things you can’t book until a few days in advance and personally I would rather have everything booked prior to travel. Their customer service is trash. Wouldn’t recommend

The guided tour passes are outsourced to other companies and there is little to no flexibly once go city hands off to them. May be worth it during busy seasons but don’t expect alot of support or flexibility from go city if anything comes up or your plans change.

The city pass it’s too expensive and it doesn’t work on the auto attraction. You cannot enter anywhere. And they’re asking you for more money absolutely ridiculous. not worth it at all

Waste of money and time. No one honors the pass constantly get rejected at the door. Have to go to another location to get a different ticket.

The GoCity pass saved me money based on the attractions given. The problems I have encountered with the pass are that the description is not correct on some of the attractions.
