Paid for 3 tickets to Knotts berry farm… Only received 2 and didn’t find out until at the gate. Had to purchase for full price at the gate!! WEBSITE WILL LIE ABOUT TICKETS!!

I tried to create an account. I had to delete and reinstall the app three times. After chatting with support, I finally created an account. I booked two tours, and now when I open the app, my account is gone. I’m done with this app. I have used Viator before and will use them from now on.

Tengo la peor opinión de esta aplicación son unos estafadores resulta q compras un ticket para el mismo día y tienes que cancelarlo 24 horas antes cuando no sabías ni q ibas a comprar los tickets y si no vas se quedan con el dinero y revenden los tickets no vuelvo a comprar nada en esta app

as above. I don’t want to download an app. Just give me the tickets I paid for.

App works fine for booking however when it’s time to review it won’t let me hide the keyboard to hit submit. I type up this detailed review only to have to hit Exit. I’m on an iPhone with latest update.

Had a bad experience with a tour and get your guide was no help with getting a refund. Only offered me 20% off for my next booking, which I will not be using. I will also be canceling my next tour booked through them!
