This app failed me on several levels—starting with the fact that it would not even recognize my policy #. After the first failed attempt, it wipes what you typed, so you must retype it. Then it adds a message telling you to call Encompass for assistance. So I called, had to wait on hold for about 5 ...

App doesn’t work. When I try to submit the request I constantly get the error of technical difficulties where I have to call and wait forever for someone to answer. What’s the point of having an app if it doesn’t work.

I have tried on different occasions to use this app it never works. I end up having to call in and wait forever for it to be resolved. I always receive an error message. Please update this app to work. Great idea. Terrible outcome.

It would be really helpful to have ID cards on this app
