Doesn’t accept Touch ID or Face ID after turned on. Still have to sign in. Not acceptable. As much as Columbia pushes using the app, one would think they would have it right. Poor, poor, poor

The app very bad. It always need to enter your account password while you already enable the face lock, And the debit card after entering everything correct, it will still ask you to enter expiry date while you have already enter that
I can’t login on my desktop. I need to access thru my phone to see my bill!
The app needs to be updated so Face ID works. It does not let me enter the app using Face ID.
