What Users Really Think About Cars.com - New & Used Cars

Frequent updates have led to user dissatisfaction and confusion.

"The new update is horrendous. Can’t click anything, constantly freezing."

"This update is the worst you guys took out the year filter."

Go back to the old format. Bring back to letting the dealers put the free CarFax link.

Once you click on the photos there is no exit or x to click to leave and once you click on a car you can’t get off of it. Please fix this glitch because I have to constantly re open the app every time!

These last few updates have made this app suck, no bottom functions when you look at car listings is annoying when you have to go back and forth to look at calculations. Terrible design choice. Downright awful

Consider a different app like CarGurus or Autotrader for older iPhones. CarGurus is much more detailed than this one anyways.

Seriously who approved the most recent update? Just made the UI more complex and hard to read for zero reason. Did you guys hire the person from Autotrader who trashed their UI too?

I have used this app in the past. Minor problems. I actually knew someone that worked for Cars.com, that was able to post my ad for me due to all the difficulty. The last few cars that I have tried to sell, it does not recognize my username. It does not recognize my password. It recognizes it enough...
