I have repeatedly went to agent support for my device being tracked/hacked, I’ve been offered minimal help for this. Even with trying to discuss the nature of the situation (police report and all). I’ve been firewalled.

App Store will not let you download if ur apple device cannot be updated to ios 18>. The apple website does not offer alternate solutions for downloading the app to a device that cannot upload ios 18.

I’ve submitted bug reports, I’ve actually emailed apple support and asked for some kind of help. There’s never any response.
