Every time I try to log in I keep getting an “error please try again later” message for the past few weeks after entering my email and password correctly. Is there new software I need to download?

Hard to navigate, difficult to connect, didn’t scan everything for some reason, has a million features I don’t care about. I just want to read error codes, this seems to do everything else.
