Marking an order as “Fulfilled” takes 4 clicks in different parts of the screen. It’s not streamlined- it’s a constant pain when you do this all day. Feels designed by engineers, not for real Warehouse work.

I have thousands of dollars missing from a customer that payed a zoho invoice. After weeks of calling, emailing and contacting zoho chat, I still dont have the money. I will be closing my zoho account soon and I recommend you avoid them at all cost. There is no support.

Very complex app, I can’t open on my computer. To add new vendors on the phone is really complicated.

Not sure why you can’t generate a barcode with an inventory app. For businesses that are just starting out that would be a great idea to have available and keep your service
