As a mobile technician, I access grainger using my phone and there isn't a way as far as I'm aware to view invoices in the app you have to use the actual website. And NOW you insist i update my phone operating system to use your app? NO! I will just take business elsewhere! THAT takes some gall to try and force customers to jump thru hoops! Grainger is bankruptcy if i ever seen it! Mark my words!! Bye bye!!!!
Used to be much better. Now every field you enter has to be processed before the next one. I assume it has to talk to the cloud. Would be much better if I could fill in all the fields I need to and then hit send instead of waiting in between every click for it to talk to the server.
Why can’t the app keep me signed in? It’s tedious to have log in every time
