What Users Really Think About Zillow Rental Manager

Frequent syncing issues and poor customer support.

I tried collecting first months rent and deposit through Zillow from my tenant. The tenant paid and then they locked us out of both our accounts without sending me the money!!! They have no customer service at all! I’ve written numerous emails and called with no response.

Works perfectly fine on my laptop but the app on my iPhone would never link. I got 3 properties up and running on the computer but in the app, signed in with the same account, no properties show up and it prompts me to start adding my properties.

I can’t collect rent, which is a relatively important part of operating a rental property. Multiple requests to support for help have gone unanswered.

The mobile app and mobile browser page don’t support payment reminders (utilities) at all. From desktop site it requires manual click, unable to set up automatic reminder emails.

Trying to update rent prices Zillow isn’t allowing me to why am I not being allowed to raise my rent prices?

If you message somebody on your desktop. It will not sync or update on your phone. So if you are not by your computer, you were stranded without up-to-date communication communications. I will reply to 10+ people on my computer but when I try to use the app, it says the last person that contacted me...

There is so much the app should do but doesn’t. There’s even things I swear the app used to do and now doesn’t, particularly around managing the calendar for viewings. I reached out to support and they said I should use the browser on my laptop. So the app isn’t a priority for Zillow, apparently.
