Every day, several times a day I get a notice stating my rent on unit #21 is late. This has been going on for a year. I don’t have unit #21 and my rent on my unit is paid on the 1st every month. This app needs to be updated and fixed.

My landlord forced me to use this app that is slop and spam.

I am no longer a tenant at the place I keep getting alerts I need to pay utility bill from. It is annoying.

I sincerely HATE this app! It’s hard to navigate, hard to pull reports and when the system goes down you can’t get payment from tenants. Customer service will respond but they don’t have to tools necessary to give you a solution. I’m only still here cause the other apps are trash as well

This is making the app less user friendly. Everything is smushed and overlapping. I can’t even login on a desktop because the layout doesn’t work. Highly disappointed that I paid for this service and it’s no longer user friendly.
