I can never get the exteriors properly exposed please help! Ricoh theta camera

This is absolutely ridiculous. The Insta360-x5 still is not supported. My x4 took a dump on me so I upgraded to the x5. And apparently it’s completely useless with this app. But somehow it works on android already with the X5.

Simply put, it’s been months since the x5 has released and still no iOS support for the latest camera.

Unfortunately I can’t use the insta 360 x5 camera for this 3D app. That makes me feel so bad because I really wanted make Zillow 3D tour for my clients. When will we have an update for insta 360 x5?

I will change my review when they add the Insta 360 X5 as a usable camera option for IOS. That camera released almost a year ago WHAT IS TAKING SO LONG TO ADD IT?!! I have tried using an android device to work around this but The app has also been crashing when I try to use it with my Samsung galaxy...

Too many bugs and issues. Quality is terrible.

The app worked well with my I Phone so I wanted to up my game and bought the newest 360 camera and I cannot get it to connect even using the X 4 settings. Please update the app to support the X5 or publish a work around.
