What Users Really Think About Zenni | Try On & Buy Glasses

Not a user friendly website. I bought glasses 3 yrs ago and it was much easier then to navigate the glasses that are in your cart. It is unnecessarily hard to see exactly what is ordered going thru several pages again just to view an item.

I keep getting a frozen screens, when I try press the back button to go back to the last page that is also frozen. The menu is confusing. I wish the menu would list the options when you hubber over the options.

I placed an order with rewards that I had earned from placing multiple orders through Zenni. I decided to cancel that order to order a different pair and they would not give me my rewards back for the amount off to order a new pair. The order I canceled was only placed two hours earlier. Two pairs both flimsy Chinese frames one broke within days the other so flimsy I wouldn’t keep it. They can’t refund their rewards either. Other people had a great experience I’m sure this is one id personally skip.

The app is horrible. It keeps crashing every time I try on glasses. I can only get about five tried on before it completely knocks me out. Chat is unresponsive, dimensions are in 5-point font (they sell glasses) on iPad and one has to click the same button for each pair to show those numbers.
