App is great but the update locked us all out

App keep saying in order for me to use it I need to update it with no available update in the App Store.

iOS 26 can be installed on my phone but it eats the hell out of storage and memory so I never installed it. It should not be required to use an app that signs me out every time I close it. L GameStop

I have been trying to log into the app so I had changed my password and everything. On the website it worked just fine but on the app it always says there’s a problem. It definitely isnt on my end cause it works perfectly fine on the website.

I went years trying to get logged back into my account because it would never register my password updates and now that I finally resolved that, it’s plagued with even more issues. Never once have I been able to complete an order through the app. Checkout never loads. Monthly Pro coupons don’t work....

The app says I need to update when I open it. When I click on that, it goes to the App Store and says “open”. The app again prompts me to update and I’m back on the App Store to open the app with no option to update.

When I try to open the app I get an error message in a red box that says I need to update the app to use it. The link takes me to the App Store where I update the app. Then the app just reopens with the same error message. I am stuck in an infinite loop and I don’t know how to fix it. I have complet...
