I am blind and manage an Airbnb property. I purchased five ULTRALOQ devices based on the features that make the locks accessible. Unfortunately with the most recent update of the app, I can no longer control my locks with the iOS app using IoS VoiceOver. Please help XThings !

The latest update created numerous connectivity problems. The cameras do not work as designed with latest version. The company is non responsive on correcting the problems that were created by the update. So disappointed
