What Users Really Think About Woot

I want functionality in which I can choose what I want to place order for example I added five products in the cart and I just want to order three for now. I should be able to do that or do save for later. you don’t have search functionality as well, so it’s hard harder if you remove

Woot is a terrible website. I placed an order a month ago but right now i still not receive my order even though it shows on the app “ delivered “ ??? And there is no refund or any update to me from woot about my order. I will never buy anything from here again. The worst app ever !

Got a new phone and now Can’t sign with Amazon in on 17 Pro Max. Works fine on Android phone and tablet. I get that things change but this isn’t what woot was known for. One deal became five deals. That was ok I guess. Then there were departments with multiple deals.... now there is so much clutter, it’s hard to know what is what. On top of that, it seems like they’re just recycling the same nonsense...

The App is worse than the website. I can’t login to the app with my amazon account. It says authentication required but does not offer any way to authenticate. This makes the app completely nonfunctional.

No matter how hard I tried, my payment always get denied even I used different card, trying everything, remove and add the card back to my Amazon account. The deals are good but I can never get it considered how hard to place an order. Such a waste of time and unpleasant experience
