The whole point of the app is to let me know what my unit needs. Can’t do that if it disconnects itself from WiFi and also doesn’t notify me. This the app is pretty useless.

Cannot connect to the device and finish setup

App won’t work won’t take password. Reset password 4 times password doesn’t match. Idk who got logged in.

Device working fine but it’s disconnecting WiFi frequently and making me difficult to restart and operate.

Nice size and it may clean well but you can’t sleep with it on, even in the quiet nighttime setting, it is so loud and annoying sound, u can tell it’s made of plastic with the noise it makes. I only turn it on when I won’t be in the room with it. There is no quiet setting for this unit.

I have set and reset my password multiple times and it will neither log into the app nor the website.
