What Users Really Think About Filtrete Smart

I love the smart filters but they are hard to find and some of them the Bluetooth is not consistent.

They have trouble connecting and stop communicating after a few hours. Either battery sucks or who knows

Good if you purchase their smart filters… Otherwise it’s kind of a useless countdown clock. They used to let you change how often the filter should be changed, they had that feature now. So you get one star. Thanks for nothing.

An update created the need to manually enter the filter size even though you're replacing an existing filter. It's cumbersome & inane making the app useless to me.

My device shows is connected to the Internet, but the app says offline!!!!! Forgot why I downloaded this in the first place, but I figured it’d be worth keeping if it can remind me when to change the filters. Hasn’t reminded me since installing the app, which was about a year ago. So again, what’s the point? Notifications are enabled, yet I get none.

This app hardly ever syncs to the filter. I have a new home and wonderful, fast WiFi. Probably my last time spending money on these Bluetooth/wifi filters. Too expensive not to work bro.
