If you are in the United States it mainly ships to the UK. Often there will significant delays in shipping and the QR codes as a seller to send out packages never works properly at the post office. You’re able to sell stuff but it’s a big hassle. Customer service doesn’t help you at all.
Vinted support won’t help or removed scammer profiles even why you bring it up The Consumer Rights Act 2015 they just ignore the question if Vinted is compliant with U.K. law.
I really like this app. I have sold and bought some really nice things but this app is a really big problem. I’m really hoping that they can fix it or I will be forced to to go back to Poshmark
If the buyer decided to report that he did not receive anything, the app believes him without investigating, it is a waste of time and money. Don't waste your time on this garbage app
First time trying to use the app. Terrible. First my account got flagged before I completed set up. I contacted support, it got reinstated. I tried uploading my first listing and got error message to try later. Fed up I deleted the app. Poshmark is much simpler.
I’m very disappointed with the Vinted app. The biggest issue is the very low visibility for listings. Even when you upload good items, they barely get views unless you pay for a boost, which feels unfair for regular sellers. Another problem is that sellers are often forced to set extremely low price...
Horrible app. Wasted an hour taking pics and listing items for them to ban my account stating it was fraudulent. Makes zero sense. Scam.
